The villa
Every villa is located on top of the hill in La Resina Golf Club. The Resina 6IX has its own security gate giving you an exclusive gated-gated community. The air flows freely into the spacious villas planned to perfection. A private saltwater pool is connected to the living room creating an outstanding view over the pool and the Northern African Coast. You can choose from a portfolio of options such as; cinema room, in-house spa and fitness area, CrossFit Gym, pool lounge area, extra bedrooms and more.
Basement
The Grand Basement can be designed according to your demands; your own Private Cinema Room, Wine Cellar, CrossFit gym, Indoor Pool and Bar, two extra bedrooms and much more. The basement has direct access both to the garden and the pool.
1st floor

With its expansive floor plan and high ceilings to achieve peak acoustics, the living room floats together with the kitchen making this a social area of entertainment.
